Your company, Security Specialists installed our home security system as well as our business security system and has been monitoring both for many, many years. The installers could not have been nicer or more professional and the installation process occured without a hitch. The installation team arrived - Tommy with Mike. We had a few minor alterations - had to change locks from mag locks to strikes & we were able to add the mag lock for the server door, so this door was included. We had to get IP address from our I.T. team in Sacramento; followed by Habib training me. It is a user friendly software program.
